Poetry of the Mind
Therapy is not just for moments of crisis. It is much more. People can explore important areas of there lives: Who am I? What do I want to do in life? How can I discover my own spiritual path?
But things do get bleak at times, especially when anxiety, depression or even trauma--things I am trained to address--are factors to reckon with. This is when counseling can become a safe haven of rest and a refuge for healing.
